Lord Narasimha [15 May 14] A Hindu god who is not a wemic

At first, I was excited to learn there was a Hindu god who was half lion, half man -- with six limbs! But as it turns out, all the limbs are human, and the head is leonine. Kind of an anti-wemic, actually. This is Lord Narasimha, an avatar of the Hindu god Vishnu, having a human-like torso and lower body, with a lion-like face and claws. He is known primarily as the 'Great Protector' who specifically defends and protects his devotees in times of need, per Wikipedia.

Hindu god Lord Narasimha, who is clearly not a wemic
